Universal Motor RECALL (May 2009):
Affects motors sold as part of Model 300-Compact, 535, or 1233 threading machines manufactured between April 2008, and November 2008. There is a problem with the brush retention screw. The brushes could back out of the holder and contact the side of the motor housing creating a shock hazard to improperly grounded units. You can read more about the recall and what you must do here!
