Mark September 2nd, 2010 on your calendars as the day CFAA finally addressed our email of June 27, 2009 which alerted their Webmaster to the fact that they had answered a question from a Vancouver based HVAC technician INCORRECTLY. We had speculated in an open letter to CFAA in our June 2010 Tech-News, that there may have been more to all this than meets the eye. Further investigation into the subject reveals that the original answer had been featured on their website, unchallenged, since 2002! You have to ask yourself how something like this could happen and why it took 432 more days (from my notification) for them to finally address it!
