Doors open at 17:00. Events kick off at 18:00 with a formal introduction and our featured guest speaker. Dinner’s served between 18:30 and 19:30 The tech-talk goes between 19:40 and 22:00 (with two ten minute breaks). Stay as long as you want! Lots of time for questions.
A detailed Certificate of Attendance provides 2.5 hours of credit toward your continuing education requirement. (Attend four every year and fulfill a substantial portion of the requirements for membership renewal at ASTTBC & CFAA!)*
Tickets must be pre-purchased. A limited number may be available at the door on a first come, first served basis depending on quantities sold up to the closing date (the hall seats 300).
Who should attend? Registered Fire Protection Technicians, CFAA Certified Technicians, Fire Technician Program Students/Graduates, Service Managers & Owners, PMA Sales Agents/Account Managers, Fire Prevention Officers, Property Managers, Building Owners
Ten Dollars ($10.00) from every seat sold will go to the CKNW Orphans Fund ($3000.00 is the goal).

*The case for approval of education credits hinges on the relevance of the material covered. For example, CFAA may limit continuing education credits from the FTN to FIRE ALARM related topics only. If you are engaged in the testing and inspection of other life safety equipment you may still want to consider attending even though they may not provide you with credit for the course.
