BRITISH COLUMBIA’S NEW FIRE COMMISSIONER!

Victoria, British Columbia - British Columbia’s new Fire Commissioner is Brian Godlonton.  He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience having served with the Langley City Fire Rescue Services and  Vancouver Fire & Rescue Services in a career spanning twenty-eight (28) years!  Fire Commissioner Godlonton will be working out of the EMBC Office in Surrey starting on March 2, 2020.

 

MIRCOM INTRODUCES THE FIRST ULC LISTED OUTDOOR ANNUNCIATOR IN CANADA!

Toronto, Ontario - The Mircom Group just announced the full certification and launch of their new outdoor fire alarm annunciator.  The unit will start shipping in about twelve weeks (May 2020).  It actually addresses the Elephant we reported in this article and will go a long way towards helping building owners in a number of Canadian jurisdictions avoid costly alternative solutions!  To learn more, click on:

The unit sports a full thirty-two (32) zones, programmable as either alarm or supervisory points.
