Covering End of Line Resistors.

Hello,
About a year ago I asked if it is allowable to cover the boxes containing eol resistors in a high-rise building. In our situation this would occur if valances were installed in a hallway renovation project.
The answer was no because they need to be opened and physically inspected/tested annually. I now can't find any reference to this issue on this site. Has this rule been changed in any way?
Thanks, Glen...

The answer to your question is in this FAQ (which I'll update with the actual Clause reference, shortly). http://www.firetechs.net/faqs/fire_alar ... .asp#FAI33
