Note 1 - Count number of signaling appliances in common area corridors and service rooms ONLY. In-suite signaling appliances are calcualted in Step 3.
Note 2 - This number may indicate the total number of flow switches on the system if not individually zoned by floor.
Note 3 - Some items already include a time calculation for an assistant. No additional calculations or offsets are required.
Note 4 - Commercial Retail Unit (CRU) calculations are based on testing four (4) fire alarm devices, two (2) combination battery packs, and one extinguisher.
